MatchLab uses a single session cookie (cs_session) to maintain your authenticated state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Analytics are first-party and server-side.
We apply industry-standard security measures: HTTPS everywhere, one-time codes instead of passwords, signed JWTs with expiry, and encrypted data at rest on AWS infrastructure. No authentication system is perfect; we encourage you to protect your registered email address.
MatchLab is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal data, contact us at hello@cricketstudio.ai and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of MatchLab after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
