01What we collect

We collect what each product needs and no more. We do not sell personal data.

Analyst Playbook

• Your evaluations, notes, feedback drafts and the details you type into prompts, kept in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are not sent to us.

MatchLab

• Account: name and email address, for identity, sign-in codes and subscription management.
• Session activity: ball-by-ball inputs, scoring decisions and session timestamps, to run the product and your analyst progression.
• Academy: academy name, admin details and seat allocations, for cohort management and billing.
• Billing: subscription tier, billing cycle and plan history. We do not collect card details. A third-party payment provider handles payments under its own policy.
• Usage signals: pages visited, features used and session duration, aggregated and anonymised to improve the product.

02How we use it

• To provide, maintain and improve Workbench, the Playbook and MatchLab.
• To sign you in to MatchLab with one-time email codes.
• To send transactional email such as sign-in codes, receipts and plan changes.
• To produce anonymised, aggregated analytics.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not use personal data for advertising.

03Usage events in the Playbook

The Playbook can record simple events, such as which setup path was chosen or that a question was copied, so we can see where people stop. These never include what you type, your notes or your prompts. At the time of writing they are not transmitted anywhere. If that changes, this policy will say so first.

04Who we share it with

• Infrastructure providers. Amazon Web Services for hosting, storage and email, under a data-processing agreement.
• Payment processor. For MatchLab billing transactions only.
• Authorities. When required by applicable law or court order.

The home page shows a photograph loaded from Unsplash, so your browser contacts Unsplash to fetch it. Links to CricketStudio and other sites are covered by those sites' own notices.

05Who can see MatchLab session data

You, and CricketStudio for product improvement. Academy admins see aggregated cohort performance but not individual ball-by-ball decisions. Individual session data is not shared with third parties.

06How long we keep it

• MatchLab account and session data is kept while your account is active. After you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days.
• Anonymised, aggregated analytics may be kept indefinitely because they cannot identify you.
• Billing records are kept for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance.
• Playbook data lives in your browser until you clear it.

07Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict processing, or receive a portable copy. Email hello@cricketstudio.ai and we will respond within 30 days. You can clear Playbook data yourself with "Clear my answers in this browser".

08Cookies and tracking

MatchLab uses one first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. The home page and the Playbook set no cookies. We use no third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Analytics are first-party and server-side.

09Security

HTTPS throughout, one-time codes instead of passwords for MatchLab, signed and expiring session tokens, and encrypted data at rest on AWS. No system is perfect, so please protect your registered email address.

10Children

Workbench is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it promptly.

11Changes and contact

We may update this policy. For registered MatchLab users we will email material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Questions or requests: hello@cricketstudio.ai.
